Note that Gmail and many other email-servers will put the answer to your tech-support question and USER-PASS in your Spam-Folder. To fix this problem, search your Spam-Folder for an email from ElectraSoft, open the email, while reading the email message, click the [Not Spam] button. All future messages from ElectraSoft will go into your InBox.
